Pack customisation options
The core Preview Studio pack includes a rough cost estimate for the construction of the proposed extension. For those who are interested in their home as an investment, we will look at comparable properties in the neighbourhood to establish an average value per square metre and apply that to the proposed total area to give you an estimate of the value added by the extension.

The core Preview Studio pack includes a set of four visualisations from a single viewpoint, each with a different interior styling. Choose this option to see an additional set of four - for example if you want to see a bedroom instead of a living space, or you want to see more than one design option, or you have particular ideas about the kind of interior styling or materials you're interested in exploring.

Some people are interested in making their homes more energy efficient to save money on bills, while others are trying to live in a more sustainable way. Landlords (or prospective landlords) will be interested in finding out what steps they may have to take to make sure their home will still be lettable after minimum standards are raised in the future. We will review the EPC of your home, and explain what potential upgrade paths are open to you, given the likely construction walls and roof, to either meet minimum standards or to turn your home into an exemplar of energy efficiency. If internal insulation is one of the options for your home, we will let you know what the likely loss of floor area would be.

The core Preview Studio pack includes a set of traditional architectural plans, but not everyone finds these easy to understand. Choose this option to receive beautiful rendered 3D plans in addition to the traditional plans. These are based on the same 3D model of your home, but with a bit of extra work from us to get them looking good.

Some people already know that they are only interested in permitted development extensions, while others aren't sure. If you have wondered if you will need planning permission for your extension or renovation, we will check the planning designations of your property, the local authority guidance regarding the type of extension in the proposed design, and find if there are any precedents in your area. The core Preview Studio pack depicts a single sketch design - add this extra service for an additional design variation.
You may want to see a permitted development option alongside one that would require planning permission, or a rear extension vs a loft extension, or how you could subdivide the property to create a granny flat in future. The extra design option will be shown as an additional set of architectural plans.

For those who aren't sure what they can do with their leasehold property, we can begin to answer that question. We will obtain a copy of the lease (if you don't already have it), and check for the clauses that limit what the leaseholder can do. We aren't solicitors, and won't give you legal advice, but we can explain the path forward. Pack convenience upgrades
Sometimes it is just easier to understand a design if you hold it in your hands and see it in 3D. We will create a 3D printed model of the proposed design, and send it to you via courier.

As standard we issue the finished Preview Studio packs as a PDF over email. Choose this option for a printed, wire-bound A3 hard copy, sent to you in the post, in addition to your pdf.

As part of the core service we review what you've told us about your ambitions for your home in the initial questionnaire. If you would prefer to talk face-to-face, and look at the 3D model together in real time, then we offer a video consultation service. We recommend having the video call after we have created the model of the existing home, but before we start creating the model of the proposed renovation.

We turn around our Preview Studio packs within 10 working days as standard. For those who need the information sooner, we offer a quick 5 working day and rush 3 working day options, putting your project at the top of the queue.

For designers
Already have a design proposal, and don’t need a full Preview Studio pack? We can provide interior visualisations based on an architectural plan or 3D model that you supply. Use our service to see multiple styling possibilities for the same underlying architectural design, allowing you to test different interior design styles, including various materials, colours and furniture layouts.
We can help you quickly explore ways to style a proposed home renovation and establish a direction for your interior design. Give us one design and we’ll produce four computer generated images, styled based on your taste and aspirations.

Prices
£200 per space if you supply a 2D drawing. Includes a set of four images in different interior styles.
£150 per space if you supply a 3D model. Includes a set of four images in different interior styles.

For those who have already ordered our visualisations only pack, and now want to explore alternative stylings of the space not included in the initial pack of four.
For those who intend to produce their own design, we can create a model of the existing home from a video using our photogrammetry process. We can supply the 3D model itself and/or plans in PDF of DWG format.
